Ha... its a beautiful mistake. Its a cream cheese mixture that turned too watery for piping but a waste to pour away. Instead of waffles (it will stick to the waffles maker due to the sugar content), I decided to make into pancake. Don't you think these looks like Doraemon's favourite food, the Dorayaki?

ReplyDeleteYup! Just add in some plain flour & a bit of milk so that its not too sticky. Its indeed yummy, cheesy & sweet. We eat it straightaway whilst its still hot. Crisp on the outside & soft inside. Hmm...maybe can try adding in some red bean paste that I made yesterday for the green tea souffle roll. Try it out later. Still have some batter left in the fridge.
